Before reporting the time you should take into account that the manufacturing process of your personalized product is 1-3 business days.
After being processed, international orders are sent via a chosen by you shipping service:
USA: 3-7 days
Canada: 3-7 days
Australia: 8-12 days
Europe: 1-3 days
-DHL Consolidation + UPS (Prior)
USA: 12-14 days
United Kingdom: 10-14 days
USA, Canada: 21-30 days
Australia: 21-30 days (delays caused by COVID are possible)
Europe: 17-21 days
United Kingdom: 21-30 days
As soon as your parcel is deliverd to your country, we are no more responsible for it. If your order is lost, we will make as much as possible to help you with contacting your local services.
Taxes and tolls
We do NOT count and we do NOT pay your taxes and tolls for you. A customer is responsible for payig them.
Once you place the order,you will get a confirmation after your order is sent.
Incorrect delivery information
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or an incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer, or if the parcel is marked as "unclaimed", we will notify you by email. We do not refund money, as your product is made individually for you.
Can I change my address after placing an order?We can change the delivery address after the order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible to change the address to the correct one.
OUR POLICY LASTS FOR 30 DAYS.
When making a purchase, you fully agree to the product return policy.
Every product on our site is personalized.
Each QR Code is created individually for each customer.
Refunds are MADE:
* within 5 days from the date of purchase, which was made by mistake or accidentally.
Refunds are NOT AVAILABLE:
* "Long delivery"
* " I changed my mind, please return the money»
* "I don't need it anymore"
Replacement of the product or partial refund is guaranteed under the conditions described in the WARRANTY section.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. You must also obtain prior authorization for a refund, which can be obtained by contacting the Store at email@example.com.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your Bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially sent out.
