PRODUCTS

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

If you place an order on the site, you will be sent a track number within
1-2 days, which can be found in your Inbox in the mail. If you don't see
it, look in the Spam folder)

It should be noted that the production of your order takes 1-3 business days. Updating track numbers:

USA (Free Ship or Ship Priority)

Your product is sent from Russia by DHL combined cargo to our office warehouse in Miami (10-12 days), then by UPS service to your city of residence. The track number will be updated approximately 10-14 days after purchase.
Rest of the world (Free Delivery and DHL EXPRESS)

Your track number is assigned the day after the purchase and will be updated after we send your order to the delivery service.

Before reporting the time you should take into account that the manufacturing process of your personalized product is 1-3 business days. 


International orders

After being processed, international orders are sent via a chosen by you shipping service:

-DHL EXPRESS
USA: 5-7 days
Canada: 5-7 days
Australia: 8-12 days
Europe: 1-3 days

-DHL Consolidation + UPS
USA: DHL + UPS (Miami) (14-21 DAYS)

-Post Russia
USA, Canada: 31-40 days
Australia: 31-40 days
Europe: 17-21 days
United Kingdom: 21-30 days

These are standard date. Delays caused by COVID are possible.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Dear customer, we make a personalized product for you.

Off course, but, in this regard, a refund / partial refund is strictly carried out:

1. If you are notified of the cancellation of the purchase within 2 days from the date of purchase.

2. When there was a damage to the scanner during shipping.

3. When there is a complete failure of the code reader

4. If the bulbs and components of this LED model burn out (1 year warranty)
